RO antiscalants are Professional Water Technologies SpectraGuard 100, a phosphate-free antiscalant/dispersant, and SpectraGuard 300, a polymer and phosphonate blend for high-silica and high-fouling feeds, each with the manufacturer's technical data sheet. Flocculants include AQM 877 in 25 L polycans and the Floc116, Floc120 and Floc139 grades. Process and cleaning chemicals are listed by concentration and pack: hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide 45 %, hydrogen peroxide 50 %, food-grade phosphoric acid 85 % and denatured alcohol 99 %. Sodium hypochlorite is supplied by the kilogram (11.5 %) or in 25 L polycans.

Select antiscalants from a full feed-water analysis and a scaling projection for the actual recovery, not from the product name. SpectraGuard 100 covers carbonate and sulphate scale with low iron and silica, while SpectraGuard 300 is the broader-spectrum blend for waters high in silica, metals or colloids. Flocculant choice depends on the water and the solids, so jar-test before committing to a grade. For commodity chemicals, specify concentration and pack size together, as a 25 L polycan of a 50 % solution is not the same mass as one of a dilute grade. Check that dosing pumps, tanks and seals are compatible with the chemical and concentration before ordering. Where a row does not state concentration, confirm it on the RFQ.
