In-line screen and disc filters for protecting irrigation lines, dosing points, meters and downstream treatment equipment from suspended solids. Both types are listed in five line sizes: 20, 25, 32, 40 and 50 mm. Screen filters capture particles on a mesh surface; disc filters stack grooved discs, so filtration happens through the depth of the stack. Each row is identified by nominal size. Filtration grade, connection type and pressure rating are confirmed at quotation, so state the duty with your enquiry. For higher flows, automatic backwashing, or media-grade filtration, see the FRP vessels and filtration media ranges.
We're still adding our full range and more datasheets. If a part isn't listed, send us the code: we stock and source more than this catalogue shows.
Match the filter to the pipe size first: a filter smaller than the line restricts flow and loads up quickly. Then choose the element. Screens suit mineral solids such as sand and scale and are quick to clean by hand. Discs hold more material through the depth of the stack and cope better with organic or fibrous load. State the required filtration grade in micron or mesh, the design flow in m³/h and the working pressure in bar on the RFQ, since these are confirmed per order rather than listed. Fit isolation valves either side of the filter, and pressure gauges if you can, so the element can be cleaned on differential pressure without draining the line.
Tick lines to compare them side by side or add them to your quote list together.
