Packaged reverse osmosis units and the controls and pumps used to build and service RO systems. The packaged units are compact skids built around one, two or four 4040 membrane elements, for commercial, light-industrial and borehole applications where a complete system is needed rather than individual components. Controls include a PLC controller for RO systems and pump-control pressure switches in fixed and adjustable versions, which start and stop pumps on system pressure. A 0.75 kW high-flow pump is also stocked. Unit output depends on feed TDS, temperature and recovery, so rated permeate flow, pretreatment and electrical supply are confirmed for each application at quotation stage.

Size the unit on the permeate flow required at the actual feed water, not on element count alone: output falls as TDS rises and temperature drops. Send a full water analysis (TDS, hardness, iron, manganese, silica and SDI) with the RFQ so recovery and pretreatment can be set. Pretreatment is required: sediment and carbon filtration or dechlorination as a minimum, with softening or antiscalant dosing for hard feeds. Ultra-low-pressure units suit municipal and low-TDS feeds; brackish borehole feeds need brackish water elements and higher pressure. Choose the adjustable pressure switch where cut-in and cut-out pressures must be set on site.
