Ozone generation equipment and ozone-handling parts. The DWT OG5 is a 5 g/h corona-discharge generator with forced-air cooling, rated at an outlet concentration of 15 to 25 g/m³ and 140 W. It runs on its integral dry-air feed or on an external oxygen supply, in a stainless steel enclosure with a 120-minute timer or continuous duty. For service and system builders, a 5 g/h ceramic ozone cell and its matching power supply are listed separately. Ozone check valves in 1/4" and 3/8" sizes and ozone tubing complete the gas line. Typical duties are drinking-water and bottled-water process sterilisation, and air sterilisation in food plants, cold stores and processing areas.
We're still adding our full range and more datasheets. If a part isn't listed, send us the code: we stock and source more than this catalogue shows.
Size the generator on ozone demand in grams per hour, not on water flow alone: demand rises with the oxidisable load, the contact time and the residual required. Rated output assumes a dry, clean feed gas; moist or dusty air lowers output and shortens cell life, so keep the air feed dry or use an oxygen supply for higher demand. Fit a check valve between the injection point and the generator so that water cannot flow back into the cell. Use ozone-resistant materials for every line and fitting: stainless steel, PTFE, PVDF or ozone-rated silicone. Ozone is a respiratory irritant; ventilate plant rooms and do not occupy a space during gas-phase dosing.
