Instruments for checking flow, pressure and water quality on treatment plant. Variable-area rotameters for water cover 1-7 L/min to 20-140 L/min, with 1/2" and 1" BSP connections, in standard and panel-mount versions for installation on skid fascias and control panels. Pressure gauges are stocked in 0-10 bar and 0-16 bar ranges, in bottom-entry and back-entry patterns, for filter, softener and RO pressure monitoring. Water quality meters cover conductivity (CM-230 meter with probe), pH (PC5750 meter with probe, and a pH meter with automatic temperature compensation) and TDS, for checking RO permeate, softened water and dosing results on site.

Select a rotameter so the normal operating flow sits near the middle of the scale, not at either end, and match the connection size to the line. Choose the panel-mount version where the meter is read from a skid fascia or panel front. For pressure gauges, pick a range where normal operating pressure falls in the middle third of the dial: the 0-10 bar gauge suits most filter and softener lines, the 0-16 bar gauge higher-pressure RO feed lines. Use bottom entry for direct pipe mounting and back entry for panel installation. For RO permeate quality use a conductivity or TDS meter; for dosing control and chemical correction use a pH meter, calibrated before use.
